General Course Content
  • Students read, journal and are tested on nine chapters of text: Journey Through the New Testament by Teresa LaCompte and The Bible
  • Jerome Kodel, O.S.B.'s How the Bible Came to Be pamphlet. Try this link.
  • Students read the entire Gospel of Matthew and do a web page summary of it.
  • Students learn to read Scripture on Three Levels.
  • They also learn Fr. Joe Tetlow's Praying With Scriptures and the methods of contemplation, meditation and consideration.
  • Students learn how to organize their notes in a three ring binder and learn how to correect theri quizzzes and tests and learn from mistakes.
  • Students improve their web site creation skills.
