class In class, work to catch up as much as possible. Some changes to assigned workbook pages. Read chapters 13-16. You do NOT have to do 100-101 as previously assigned.

homework Begin to read Genesis 11,27 to 22,19. Due by Thursday, expect a quiz. Take some notes on the reading. Key on major characters and events. Note any etymology to any name. Pay attention to footnotes.

Tuesday, January 15
class Practice RQ. Tour of classroom and biblical resources. Begin to set up three ring binder. Transfer from 1S: Praying with Scriptures/Prodigal Son, 1S Exam, Prayers. Also add two major Introductory handouts.
homework Begin to read Genesis 11,27 to 22,19. Take notes and study.

Wednesday, January 16
class Old Testament pretest. Introduction to second semester freshman theology.
homework Finish reading Genesis 11,27 to 22,19. Study for tomorrow's mini-test.

Thursday, January 17
class Reading quiz (RQ) on Genesis 11,27 to 22,15.
homework Workbook pages 41-44, 45-46, 47, 48 and ix, 2,3,4-5,6-7. Do the work little by little. RQ on Thursday of next week.

When you do not have any specific homework in a subject, still give 10-15 minutes.
Take care of what you did not do or need to do. Learn what you missed.
Go over and review all you have done and learned.
