Princess Neptune

I don't know when I will make this costume. I'm madly in love with cosplaying as Sailor Scouts from Sailor Moon. It has been really fun.

My two favortie Sailor Scouts are Neptune and Mercury. They are both the water based scouts. Obviouly I think that Neptune is the one I will continue to cosplay.

I hope that for this costume I will once again have my Uranus, but if not that is alright as well.
