Eternal Neptune

I don't know when I will make this costume. I'm madly in love with cosplaying as Sailor Scouts from Sailor Moon. It has been really fun.

My two favortie Sailor Scouts are Neptune and Mercury. They are both the water based scouts. Obviouly I think that Neptune is the one I will continue to cosplay.

I love the look of the Eternal Scout. If I do not have my Uranus for this costume I will cosplay as a Sailor Scout that better stands alone. If I have to it would be Sailor Pluto, but I'm not sure.
