So, you have read about somebody stupid enough to be portrayed on this website, eh? Just note a few things before you submit your victim idea...

- Article needs to be originally posted by a news organization;
- Article needs to be linkable (and include the link, 'k?);
- Person depicted needs to be truly stupid (yes, it's subjective, and we make the final call...not you);
- Situation should be absurd;
- No comments or jokes should accompany the submission...we make up the jokes as we go along, and don't want to be accused of "stealing" someone else's "thunder"...;
- Give us a "handle" to give you credit, we will not post real names, addresses, phone numbers, shoe sizes, sexual preferences, etc;

As an example, we don't want to hear stories about senior citizens being taken advantage of by scam artists or things like that, since the senior citizens are being taken advantage of, and we feel for those people. However, the stupidity of the scam artist which leads to their incarcuration is perfectly acceptable...we LOVE to roast people who are low enough to take advantage of the old, the poor, the disadvantaged, etc.
