All stupid people depicted on this website have already received a glorious 15 minutes of fame in news articles from around the world. Some stupid people are getting much more than their allotted 15 minutes (you greedy bastards). This website simply gives all of these people another 30 seconds or so of fame they so richly deserve.

Naturally, this website does what most respected news organizations do not...and that is to make fun of stupid people. But the bottom line is that if a respected news organization has reported on something stupid that you have done, millions of people already knew about your stupidity long before your nefarious deeds were posted here. And this website ONLY makes fun of people reported on in the news.

For those who have been included on this website, if you think that joking about you is an act of libel, please consider the fact that the definition of libel includes "a written or oral defamatory statement or representation that conveys an unjustly unfavorable impression". If your stupidity has already been publicly documented, that IS justification, and you don't have much to gripe about if you are further criticized here in a humorous manner.

Besides, you are already famous for your stupidity, and the joke is only a way to convey to others just how stupid you truly are. For example, jokes about you have probably already been performed in front of millions of television viewers by David Letterman, or Jay Leno. After all, here in the United States we have something called The First Amendment. So if you have a desire to sue, you'll get a lot more money from CBS or NBC than you will ever get from me...considering whether or not you can afford the type of lawyer who can "convince" a judge to ignore the Bill of Rights, that is...

In short...here's a quarter, go buy yourself a sense of humor...
