My father Tao Yuan Chen(Zhen) was a historian leaving us always to teach Chinese History in many universities. I had only few times living with him. In 1949 The president of National Taiwan University, professor Fu invited him to be a professor with that university. He then left us to Taipei and left us forever. He was very lonely and contracted mental disease . My father had made excellent works on history researchs and published many papers, even he was an undergraduate. The mental disease impaured his ability to professional works.
