The 2005 庙宇文化 lists this temple as a Taoist Federation (新加坡道教总会) member.

According to an interview of temple people by Hua Yi Sec students in 2007, there are 8 constituent temples. The larger building has five temples while the smaller one houses three temples. The Hua Yi Sec students' interview is available at South West Virtual Heritage Map (site visited 14 Jan 2008 & 20 Oct 2008).

Names of constituent temples found to date include: Ling Ci Xing Gong & 西山宫 [Xi Shan Gong].

There are two buildings facing west with the smaller one to the south, nearer the Jurong West St 42 entrance.
The smaller building has three altars:
- 靈晋堂 [Ling Jin Tang] in the centre;<
- 龍鬚巖 (龙须岩 [Long Xu Yan]) on thhe south.
- 觀山殿 [Guan Shan Dian] on the north;<

The larger building has three entrances labelled as: - 瓊瑶教邸 (Qiong Yao Jiao Di Temple) iin the centre;
- 九華山 [Jiu Hua Shan] on the south. - 即真宇 [Ji Zhen Yu] on the north;
On the right of the larger building (north) is a shrine for 梧山大伯公 [Wu Shan Da Bo Gong] owned by Qiong Yao Jiao Di Temple.
On the southwest corner is a 虎爺洞 [Hu Ye Dong] (Tiger Cave) to 王封南巡將軍 [Wang Feng Nan Xun Jiang Jun], also belonging to Qiong Yao Jiao Di Temple.
