Getting there:
By MRT - get off at City Hall MRT station and walk north up Stamford Road until you reach MPH building on the junction of Armenian Street and Stamford Road.
Cross Armenian Street and turn left - it's the second building along the street.
By bus - catch a bus to the Stamford Road National Library bus-stop or the Bras Brasah Road POSB bus-stop.
For the Stamford Road buses, hit the bell when you see the National Library or MPH building.
After getting off, walk back to the junction of Armenian Street and Stamford Road and turn right.
For Bras Brasah Road buses, hit the bell when you see the Singapore Art Museum (the old SJI).
Get off, walk down further to the traffic light and cross Bras Brasah Road at the junction.
Continue walking along Victoria Street past the church until you reach the next intersection (Victoria and Stamford) and cross Stamford Road as well.
After crossing Stamford Road, turn right and follow Stamford Road to the next intersection (Armenian and Stamford).
Cross Armenian Street and turn left - it's the second building along the street.
By car - If you are driving up Stamford Road, turn into the National Library after passing Armenian Street.
You can park there - the back entrance of the Substation is to the right of the S11 food centre.
If you come by Hill Street, North Bridge Road or St Andrew's Road, turn into Coleman Street.
Right after the Hill Street intersection, turn right into Armenian Street.
The Substation is on the left of the road if you want to drop off someone.
You can park in the carpark just before the Substation on the left side of the road.
