| March 31, 2002- Happy Easter everyone! Other than that today was pretty much uneventful. We probably would have had family over for easter dinner or something but since my blood counts are at their lowest this weekend we didn't want to invite anyone cause if they got sick then they wouldn't be allowed to come and then what would they do for easter dinner? So pretty much it was just another day except we had really nice ham to eat. I called Tracy later on in the day. Turns out that the whole time I was trying to call her yesterday was becuase I had written down her cell phone number wrong. I felt like such an ass when I found out. For a while I thought she had her phone turned off and that's why I wasn't getting through, but turns out I'm just a moron instead. But other than that it's all good, it was really nice to talk to her. I feel bad cuase I don't think she really likes her job that much and all the jobs I've ever had were great. Well, except for the brief period I worked at K-Mart of course. I wish there were some way I could just give her money so she would have free time to study and hang out with friends like everyone else, but I'm not exactly loaded or anything. Hell, I'm still worried about next spring semester since this cancer is really cutting into my summer working time. Hopefully I'll be able to apply for some scholarships for cancer survivors or something nifty like that. One can only hope. |
