| March 25, 2002- Today was a pretty slow day. Actually very slow, it seemed to go on forever. Probably becuase I woke up early. I don't know why I woke up early, I just did. I should have slept in very late since I was up pretty late last night. I had trouble getting to sleep cuase I was so happy about how my day had gone. Kind of like Christmas Eve in a way. You're just in that mood where you know things are only getting better from this point on. As far as my chemo goes I'm still doin pretty well. My stomach hasn't been acting up as much as it was the past few days so I'm eating regularly again. My mom is trying to get more iron into my diet since my last blood test showed that I'm borderline iron deficiancy. What that means for me is lots of spinache. And I hate spinache. I made this whole website today, so everything that you may have read up to this was already written down by hand. This is my first internet entry. Just thought I'd let you all know that. I have to give credit to a friend of mine for inspiring me to make this webpage. I mentioned her once before. Her name is Lindsey and she also has Lymphoma. She has a website like this and it made me want to make one too. I'll have to put a link to her site somewhere on my page when i get the chance. Oh, and today was her last chemo treatment. She's been a very strong individual in the short time I've known her and I'm happy that this is ending for her now. Although, she does have to go through radiation therapy in a few weeks. Luckily the doctors don't think I will have to do that. My friend called me today from work while she was on break. I haven't had a chance to talk to her about this site yet as far as putting her name in it or anything. I'll mind her privacy until I get her permission and all, don't wanna piss her off when we're just getting things started. Anyway, we talked for about 15 minutes until she had to get back to work. I really miss being around her and all of my other friends. I can't wait until all of this gets settled out and my life is back to the way it should be. Anyway, I'll try and keep this page as up to date as I can from this day forth. I hope you enjoy it :) |
