As a conclusion to Slovotsky's Laws # 1-384, I, Vice-Admiral Walter Vladimir Slovotsky, the 3rd, of the Russian Redcoats, Retired, would like to extend my extreme gratitude and thanks to those whom, without their aid, the laws would not have been able to be completed, or in the very least not completed so quickly.
