Band- Exciting news. Paul Dunn mentioned the legitimate claiming of the previous "Central Coast" Band's of 7 years ago, dead bank account. Mr McCoy custodian of the account indicates @$1000 may be available to the Central Coast Pipe and Drum Band. Former band members need to be contacted for their permission of the transfer.
In order to address this an Explanative to former band members by the Society supported by the documentary proof of shared insurance policy and minutes of merger meeting between Central Coast Scottish Society and the Central Coast Pipe and Drum band, September 20th,2002 should be stated in a foramal written reply.

Member Jack Sutherlin's brother and sister-in-law attended ,having come from Pennsylvannia. Jack and Alistair discussed putting the complete membership history of the society's 23 years onto a cd archive and several backup copies made. A suitable software compatable with Windows 98 and all further Win-x needs to be sought, tested and recommended to create the database.
Bill Houston and Shirley Walzaam discussed the project of making Hose flashes to be made by members out of the California Tartan. Bill indicated all members should be provided free with a set.
