For me the actress that really tops the list is the one and only Lauren Becall. From her stunning debut in 'To have and to have not' throughout her career she has given wonderful performances and a sultry, passionate presence to the screen. Feminine yet definitely not a lady to mess with, Becall is at her best when paired with Humphrey Bogart. My favourite of their films together is 'Key Largo'. Watch it and weep at the quality of the movie in comparison with many films nowadays. Which Divas have influenced you. |
