Ultimate chocolate layer cake

Ingredients
Cooking spray
1 tablespoon all-purpose flour
2 cups sugar
1/2 cup plus 2 tablespoons light butter, softened
3/4 cups egg substitute OR 3 large eggs
2 cups all-purpose flour
1/2 cup unsweetened cocoa
3/4 teaspoon baking soda
1/4 teaspoon salt
3/4 cup low-fat sour cream
3/4 cup boiling water
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
Chocolate cream cheese frosting (see below)
Directions
1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
2. Coat bottoms of 2 (8 inch) round cake pans with cooking spray (do not coat sides of pans); line bottoms of pans with wax paper. Coat wax paper with cooking spray; dust with 1 tablespoon flour.
3. Beat sugar and butter at medium speed of a mixer until well-blended (about five minutes). Gradually add eggs; beat well. Lightly spoon 2 cups flour into dry measuring cups; level with a knife. Combine flour, cocoa, baking soda, and salt, stirring well with a whisk. Add flour mixture to sugar mixture alternately with sour cream, beginning and ending with flour mixture. Stir in boiling water and vanilla.
4. Pour into prepared pans. Sharply tap pans once on counter to remove air bubbles. Bake at 350 for 35 minutes or until cake springs back when touched in center. Loosen layers from sides of pans unsing a narrow metal spatula; turn out onto wire racks. Remove wax paper; cool.
5. Place 1 cake layer onto a plate; spread with 1/2 cup chocolate cream cheese frosting. Top with remaining cake layer; spread remaining frosting over top and sides of cake. Store cake loosely covered in refrigerator.

Chocolate cream cheese frosting
1/2 cup (4 ounces) tub-style light cream cheese, softened
3 tablespoons fat-free milk
3 ounces semisweet chocolate, melted
3 cups sifted powdered sugar
1/4 cup unsweentened cocoa
1 teaspoon vanilla extract

1. Beat cheese and milk at high speed of a mixer until smooth. Add melted chocolate, and beat until well-blended.
2. Combine sugar and cocoa; gradually add sugar mixture to cheese mixture, beating at low speed until well-blended. Add vanilla; mix well.
Note: You don't want to make this frosting ahead of time becuase it will dry out.

Ingredients
2 cups heavy whipping cream
1 (5 ounce) can evaporated milk
1 (14 ounce) can sweetened condensed milk
1 Store Bought Butter Cake
Directions:
Slice cake into large slices and place on bowls or plates. Mix milks together and pour slowly over cake slices until it won't absorb any more.
Top with caramel sauce and whipped cream if desired.
