| Here at Epsilon Delta, we pride ourselves in our strong community involvement. Every single active member of our chapter took time out of their studying on the Saturday before finals week last quarter to help with our annual Food Drive. All proceeds of our Food Drive were donated to the San Luis Obispo County Food Bank. A total of 12 boxes were filled during the all day event. In addition, every spring we dedicate a weekend to the SLO County Parks where we do some trailblazing work. Recently, this fall we got involved with the Adopt-A-Highway Program. Once a month, our entire chapter dedicates their time to removing litter along a two-mile stretch roadside. We have developed some great relationships with our community and will continue to remain actively involved with the community. |
