Rules/ How to Play
Main Rules -

1. No Cheatining, you will get fired from any important job you have and banned from the message board...meaning you can't play anymore. If its really bad you will be dealt with...

2. Only one character per person, its not fair that you have two characters...this will be considered cheating and if you are caught than the strongest out of your two characters will be deleted and you will have your stats restarted and be banned from the message board for 2 weeks.

3. Never argue with the refs they know what they are doing and you don't need to try and prove them wrong..if you do and I hear about it you will be punished.

4. Don't bug people who are weaker than you to fight you, especially don't bug them to go into a death match with you.

5. Know just a little bit about Rurouni Kenshin and/or Samurai X....why would you join and rpg about them if you didn't??

6. Do not ask me or an updater if you can be a updater, cause the answer is...NO!! If I need and updater I will ask you, it is ok if you ask to be a ref cause all ill do is set you up with a test and if you pass I may consider you being an ref.

7. Only 1 training a day!!! I cannot tell you people this enough, you may only train for 1 thing every day!!

8. Do not whin that you died in a death match, its your choice to go into it in the first place..so therefore its your own fault.

9. No I will not make you a site and/or graphics, inless you are sombody I have known for a long time and talk to just about everyday.

10. The refs have every right to jump in on you if you give them sufficient incentive to do so. Refs are to be respected, if you irritate them or piss them off, they will kill you. They recieve no upgrades for doing so, but you cant do anything for the rest of the day.

11. Have fun, I know there are alot of rules but if this is ganna be a great rpg than it need to be a bit strict, I actually wont bitch at you or anything..I mean I will give you warnings but don't break them too much (~_~X).

Stats Info -

Your stats go like this Skill, Speed, Health, Int., Dodge %, Attacks, Stamina. I will attempt to explain all of these in this section below.

Skill -
This is what you will take the damage out of. Also this is what helps you gain stronger attacks & power ups.
Speed -
This is what determins who goes first in a battle and also what you will get your Dodge % from.
Health -
This is your life, when it gets to zero then you are dead, GAME OVER, you gatta start over meanign reset of stats.
Int. -
This is how smart you are in the heat of battle, if this is high than it makes it easier for you to counter certian attacks                            [see counters/blocks/dodges].
Dodge % -
This is your dodge percent, you will take this from your Skill, if it is higher than the damage of the opponents attack than you can dodge the move and counter with your own if you have enough Int. You will get this from your Speed, every 20,000 Sp. This goes up 1. This can't go above 70%.
Attacks -
These are all the attacks you have gotten over the time you have spent playing the rpg. If you get a whole style of attacks then the attacks will not be listed and you will just have that style listed. All attacks will take a certian amount of Hp to use them.
Stamina -
This is not to be used during battle, its just here for you to know how much things your body can take in a day. This can only be raised when you get wins.

Fights Info -
Main rules for fighting -

1. You must have a ref at all times during a fight, no ref no fight. Also remember what the ref says goes do no secound guess.

2. Must be in the same town to fight!!

3. You gatta role-play, meaning don't just say punch...THATS DULL!!! Put some creativity into it, Sends a punch aimed at whoevers face..somthin like that.

4. Have some fun with this, also don't bug people about fights or death matches.

Below i will explain the two diffrent kind of battles: Death Matches and Normal Fights.

Normal Fights -
This is in role playing format, but you can't die...you may only beat the opponent. The loser gets a loss and the winner get a win, must have a ref and be in the same town. To do this it takes 500 stamina. Every 10 wins you may learn 1 attack that you fit the requirments for. Every 10 loses than you will be hospitolized and will not gain any stamina back for 1 week, meaning all you can do is train. You will get a stats increase of: 5% of opponents stats if you win, 2% of opponents stats if you lose. Money +500 (z)

Death Matches -
This is in role playing format, but you can die...if you die than you must start over with your character. MEANING YOUR STATS ARE RESET!!! You may start over with your character or make a new one. To do this it takes 1,000 stamina and you will get an increase of stats: 20% of opponents stats & all the losers (z) and items.

Quest Info -
Main Rules of questing -

1. Only 1 quest a week. It will be posted under quest on your stats saying if you have quested that week.

2. Better written quest the better reward. The reward cannot be over 30,000 (z).

3. Don't whine about what you got....better luck next time.

4. Have fun this is here for you to gain extra items and/or money.

A Quest is just a story of your character, and they find somthing. Simple as that, you write we update and your set.

Counter/Dodges/Blocks Info -

Blocks -
A block will use up your turn and take 50% off the attacks damage. In other words the damage is cut in half. You have an unlimited amount of these.

Dodges -
A Dodge is where the user jumps out of the way of an attack, not taking any damage but using up thier turn. The only way to dodge is to have a move that dodges or your dodge % is higher than the attacks damage. If you have a counter than you may use an attack after you dodge. You may only dodge 2x per battle.

Counter -
To counter you must have a higher Int. than the opponent. If its higher you may counter whenever you dodge.
