Rule 1: Police officers are meant to keep the peace in Japan. You will be informed by the ref if any fights are occuring and you will have the option to intervene and arrest the two men fighting. Be warned that both people may attack you and each will recieve half stat upgrades and a win for defeating you, and will likely continue their previous engagement.
Rule 2: You will be rewarded 500 ginzi for every man you arrest.
Rule 3: You will recieve all the upgrades for every man you defeat/arrest.
Rule 4: You must be in the same city to arrest someone.
Rule 5: You will not be killed if you happen to intervene in a deathmatch. You can only be killed, like other people, if you yourself are challenged to a deathmatch.
Rule 6: The Yakuza are on the rise, we must eliminate them and make them pay for the crimes they commit against the country of Japan and its citizens. You will recieve 700 for every Yakuza member you arrest. However, you must have reason to accuse them and if you accuse them wrong, you may not accuse them when you get off of your one week suspension and one week pay check docking as punishment. You may, however, accuse someone else, then get back on the previous suspects case. If you accuse correctly, then they will be arrested without a fight.
Rule 7: Refs may not be police officers. It would not be fair to the fighters if the only person they could come to to ref a fight would intervene and fight them.
Rule 8: Informants are incredibly valuable to us. If they need assistance, you may want to hire a body guard to assist them.
Rule 9: If you are caught collaborating with the Yakuza, you will be delt with.
Rule 10: Being a police officer is a full time job, you may not have another one.
Below is all the information about the different jobs the Yakuza have, nothing is known about members.
Theif - A theif may be a basic thug or a professional ninja.
Blackmarket Operative - These men buy weapons cheap or get them from theives and sell them for profeit.
Transporter - These men assist in illegal transactions
Assassins - Thugs that do the dirty work for the organization.
Corrupt Officers - Its hard to believe, but some Yakuza members have infiltrated our very ranks. Keep a sharp eye out for them and you may recieve a commendation.

Here are the ranks for police officers:
Private - Recieves a paycheck of 100 ginzi a week.
Lieutenant - Recieves a paycheck of 200 ginzi a week and has arrested 5 men.
Commander - Recieves a paycheck of 300 and has arrested 15 men.
Commander in Chief - Recieves a paycheck of 500 and has arrested 25 men.
