3.11.03 - I've literally spent months on this feature, and the bad
news that even in this "finished" state it's not entirely how I'd
like it to be. But regardless, here it is, pushing the limits of
timeliness: My top
20 albums of 2002 in a new feature I hope you'll like. Javascript
is a pain in the ass, by the way. So the way it works right now
is one person looking at the feature will probably destroy my bandwidth,
but I'm taking slow steps to remedy this. So go read, enjoy, and
word to your mother. Amore complete update is in the works, but
really I just wanted to get this one feature up before things became
ridiculous. Anyway, fuck this, I'm leaving for Prague, see you suckers
in a few weeks.

10.31.02 - Good God, it's finally done. I've given this site a massive
overhaul, partly because I felt one was long overdue, and partly to
celebrate SLINGYONLINE'S FIRST BIRTHDAY! That's right, this little
old website was first unleashed upon you people one year ago today,
on Halloween 2001. So go throw some streamers, blow a kazoo and eat
some cake. Then maybe later you can go celebrate that other holiday
where you dress up or whatever. Of course I could've had this all
done before now, but classes piled up and, well, I thought it'd be
cool to have it done today, on this momentous occasion. Anyway, just
to let you know what the major changes are... doctor
awkward's house of mirrors and doctor
awkward's summer lovin' have merged into one website on the same
server just to make things easier. They're both now located in the
Gallery for
easy access, and hey, both have a bunch of new pics too. Also, Ramblings
has undergone a massive update, and now contains just about everything
I've written for the school newspaper. Soon I'll be updating it with
other writings I have done/will do as well. Also, check out the new
feature, my fanpage for Rhymes.org,
the hottest new shit on the street today. Er, at your own risk, anyway.
My two links pages have been slightly tweaked as well, getting rid
of some broken links and showing you the way to cool new stuff too,
so go check that out. The one thing I couldn't manage for this update
was my planned 'hosted mp3 of the week', due mainly, no, completely,
to the ridiculousness of the school network right now. Once I can
actually access my school's userspace I'm going to get the thing underway,
so never fear. Also in the works are... other things. Well, you'll
see. But please, PLEASE email me to let me know if there's anything
you want to see or if there are any bugs in the new layout (ESPECIALLY
if there are any bugs. I ain't perfect, people). Anyway, this should
keep you satisfied for at least a day or two, so look around, play
with things, laugh, cry, and sign my guestbook
already, you heartless bastards. Okay, I think that's enough for now.
