You will need to send 2 yards of fabric. Fabric can be lightweight cotton, flannel, or denim. All pouch slings are reversible, but if you'd like one that has different fabrics on each side, you'll need to send 2 yards of each fabric. A little bit of stretch is okay, but not too much. No fleece, wool, or anything too thick. Keep in mind that it'll be agains both you and your baby, so avoid fabrics that are rough.

You will need to send the amount of fabric that correlates to your size. Size small (womens 0-14) takes 2 1/4 yards. Size medium (womens 12-24) takes 2 1/2 yards. Size large (womens 22-36) takes 2 3/4 yards. Fabric needs to be lightweight cotton. No flannel, wool, fleece, denim, or anything too thick. Avoid fabrics with stretch. Ideal fabrics include quilting cottons, batiks and woven plaids. This is for a single layered sling only.
