| The question has been asked time and time again, and for some, including the stars of the show, the answer is yes they are. THOSE PEOPLE ARE WRONG!!! Are they, or aren't they? They're neither. I think that another fan put it best when they said: "...I think their relationship trancends all that. ... it isn't one or the other - it's something else altogether; its different. ...their relationship is like the apex of a triangle that rises above its two extremes." That's a direct quote. I admit that you can't get away with saying they're just friends; anyone who still thinks that is a fool. But what I do think is that they are neither just friends, nor lesbians in a physical relationship. They WERE in love with each other; it was the greatest love affair of all time. But they NEVER messed around with each other, or even THOUGHT about it. Their love fell somewhere in between the two extremes, and somewhere along the way, rose above them. To say that they were lesbians is a gross untruth that demeans them both in the worst way. Everyone has a right to their own opinion, but the truth is here on this page. Believe it, or don't...The coice is up to you... |
