Ground Rules
Over the Big Fences in Right Field are Home Runs. Players on the field have to get the ball.
Over the Center field fence is a Home Run.
Over the Garage is a Home Run. You cannot make a catch off of the wall or roof.
In between the big and little fence are ground rule doubles. Players on the field have to get it.
If Ball goes into garage, ground rule double.
Strike Zone is chair. Back of Chair, Seat-part, and Arms are strikes. Front-bottom metal posts are strikes.
Ties go to the runner.
Cones act as foul ball posts.
Left field light on garage is foul ball post. 
Ghost runners are moved by batter.
Bullpen may be used at any time.
If the ball hits the trees its in play, if it goes over the fence it is a home run.
Gate must be closed at all times.
If ball hits tree and lands in foul territory, it is a foul ball.
Ball gets stuck in tree, do-over.

Hitting Park or Pitching Park?
I think Ricci Field is beneficial to both hitters and pitchers. With short fences, it is easier to hit Home Runs, but with lots of low trees, lots of power is needed. A deep center field is easier for batters. A small strike zone is hard to hit, only advantage is that the mound is close making it harder for batters to react.
