2.3 - Once a transfer deal is confirmed by both managers it can only be stopped going through by the Transfer Administrator due to an unfair deal.
Please Note: - SLFA Commissioner has the right to cancel any deals he feels are unfair.
2.4 - If your deal hasn't went through when the transfer have been published. This can mean a couple of things but they would be stated on the publication. These are mainly unfair deals and possibly your confirmation hasn't reached the deadline in time. It is then suggested you have to contact the Transfer Administrator about your proposed deal.
New Managers
2.5 - New managers have a 1 week wait from when they start before they can make a deal. They will be introduced to the SLFA group of managers and from that date they will wait 7 days before any deals can be made. By all means set up a deal but do not send a confirmation until the 7 day period has passed.
2.6 - For new managers to value your players for trade there is a transfer list of all players transfered in that season. It would be advised to research this transfer list to get an average of the prices of players sold in the past.
Part 3. Transfer Deadlines
3.1 - There are two transfer dealines enforced within SLFA.
These are as follows:
First deadline is every Monday evening at 6.00pm G.M.T. (London time). This deadline will represent the deadline for midweek games so that the updated roster can be sent out.
Second deadline is every Thursday evening at 6.00pm G.M.T. (London Time). This deadline will represent the deadline for weekend games so that the updated rosters can be sent out.
3.2 - After league round 20 transfer market will be closed until the end of the season. It will re-open in pre-season!!!
Part 4. - Player Loans
4.1 - A player can be loaned at any time within the transfer period.
4.2 - The minimum period a player can be loaned is 5 weeks. The maximum period a player can be loaned is 1 full season.
4.3 - Loaning a player can come with some requirement from the leasing club. Some requirements I have come across have been as follows:
The loaning team will pay the players wages. The player must play a maximum of 75 minutes per game if available. The player may be recalled incase of an emergency (Please note there is a minimum time for you to recall a player that you have just loaned. This will be a 3 week period from when you first lease the player).
4.4 - It is not against the SLFA rules to charge a rate for loaning a player. A manager may ask for a fee for loaning. There is a limit on how much a manager can charge and this is the maximum of 1 million.
4.5 - A team cannot loan a player to another club in the same division as they are in.
4.6 - Both managers have to confirm the loan deal for it to be processed.
4.7 - To confirm a loan deal just follow the same precedure as a normal transfer but please write as much information as you can.
For example:
LEASING CLUB:
Ronaldo of A.C. Milan
loaned to Glasgow Rangers F.C.
Period: 5 weeks
Requirements: Player must play full 90 mins.
Kind Regards
Jeroen Sap
LOANING CLUB
Ronaldo of A.C. Milan
loaned to Glasgow Rangers F.C.
Period: 5 weeks
Requirements: Player must play full 90 mins.
Kind Regards
Kevin Murphy
PLEASE NOTE: When confirming a loan deal please subject the e-mail SLFA LOAN.
Part. 5 Free Transfers

5.2 - To sign a free transfer please send an e-mail to the Transfer Administrator stating which players you would like to sign and which club they are to sign for.
