Personality: Kenshin
is a quiet, calm young man striving for perfection. He
prefers to keep to himself and stay out of other people's
business whenever possible. Kenshin believes that good
cannot exist without evil and evil cannot exist without
good. He thinks of himself as basically neutral and tries
to stay out of the conflict between good and evil. However,
he is kind and hospitable to people he meets and will help out
those in need if it won't cause him any trouble. Kenshin
stays outwardly serene almost all the time. He hardly ever
gets panicked or angry. He's not aggressive by nature, but
he's determined to do whatever it takes to become the ultimate
swordsman.
Story: When Kenshin was a young boy he witnessed a swordmaster
practicing his art. Kenshin was fascinated by the way the
gleaming sword sliced through the wind. Ever since, he has
wanted to become the ultimate swordsman, to make his entire being
as perfect and pure as a well-tempered blade. Now he
is finally old enough to venture into the larger world and pursue
his dream. After leaving home, he decided to begin
his journey in Rhun, where the best weapons in Eden are made.
Kenshin had not trained long in Rhun before news
of Cerestus and the summoning of the Dark Queen reached
him. Soon after, Kenshin received a message from Myste
of the Moonscythe Tribe asking him to join the Vertigo
Assault. Myste planned to attack Mordor to stop
Cerestus, Sauron, and the Dark Queen. Kenshin knew that if
the Dark Queen reigned, he would never be able to achieve his
ultimate goal of becoming the perfect swordsman. So he
set off for Minas Tirith, Gondor, where Myste's forces would
gather. Kenshin traveled east with the Vertigo Assault and
entered Mordor through the mountain pass at Minas Morgul.
They faced the Dark Army on the field surrounding the Dark
Temple. The opposing armies clashed violently. The
battle raged first outside, then inside the temple. Kenshin
fought to the best of his ability. Although the regular
Mordorian soldiers proved to be no problem, he was outclassed by
the dragons and most powerful warriors of the Dark
Army. He was rescued from certain death twice during the
battle, first by Aldaris, then by Sara Blackbow's
self-sacrifice. After seeing his own weakness, Kenshin has
renewed his vow to become the ultimate swordsman. And now
that the threat of the Dark Queen has passed, he is once again
free to pursue his quest with redoubled vigor
