KB El Dorado Gold- Chewie |
Chewie is a 2002 Dun AQHA stallion. He is also registered with NFQHA at 83%. He is a BIG boy for a foundation horse! He currently stands about 16h. He is still growing and we expect him to mature to between 16.1 and 16.3h. He has a very gentle nature. As the saga of his saddle training proves. He had his first ride in fall 2004, but soon after, he had an abscess manifest its self. Then by the time it was healed, I had hurt my back and we were moving! So his training got put off for a few years! Almost exacty two years later he had his second ride. He reacted like he had been ridden every day of the two years between rides! What a good boy! He is putting THAT disposition on his foals too! |

As you can see from the pictures of him on this page (all were taken in pasture condition after breeding season) He has a beautiful head, near perfect conformation and lovely color! He is also putting all of these things on his foals! |

<---- This picture of Chewie was taken on my birthday (May 30, 2007) to show off the saddle I got for my birthday. I pulled him out of the pasture, brushed him off, saddled him up, and took the pictures. This is what he looks like in pasture condition! He is never kept in a stall or fitted! But look for him in NFQHA shows in 08 or 09! |

Yet another picture of him in pasture condition, no brushing, clipping or bathing at all! All this beauty is natural! Picture taken while working in the round pen 7/8/07 |
