Not one person has ever been able to pinpoint the main reason that sleepengineering exists, or if it still exists. During the earlier portion of the 1990's, sleepengineering was thought to be a terrorist agency that was using sound as its tool for destruction and combat. This information was leaked from high-level government agencies from around the world by interception of unencoded internet transmissions. To a small portion of the populace, sleepengineering is known as a production consortioum existing mainly to promote the use of driving, energetic electronic music.
Kevin Kennedy is known to have published encoded audio discs on archaic formats as a means of publishing his research. At present, no agency has been able to crack his code. Until Kennedy is caught, we shall never truly know.
