In 1995, the very first murmurings about this organization surfaced (mainly to high-level criminal and military organizations in the United States and in Southeast Asia), due to high SPL disturbances and what some were calling "micro-seismic activity," using the power of electronics and sound generation to destroy buildings, walls and human beings.
Kevin Kennedy was held up as the spokesperson and head researcher at sleepengineering and he is so far the only readily identified member of this elite group that is rumored to have been in assistance to some of the worst "natural" disasters in history.
When asked in 1996 during an press gathering 'What is your organization about?', Kennedy responded "Sleep is the common denominator for all living things, without it, you become merely a fraction of what you were...the entire workings of man are subspace and negative without sleep."
