When it comes to the back - its pretty obvious it's an important part of your body. You never really realize how many muscles you actually use in your back... Until it goes out. I've said it before myself. Back is fine. Then, it goes out and its like every single movement I make is like a knife in the back. I can't sit. I can't lie down. I can't get up. I can't eat, sleep or even breath. It is a horrible situation to be in, that is for sure! So if you have back pain or joint problems, what is a good way of going about something like this to get some relief in your life? Chiropractor? While I wouldn't "slam" chiropractors because my dad is one I will say this - with chiropractors you tend to have to keep going back.
This can lead to money being spent and inconvenience. If you want a way to fix your back and joint problems from home - try an inversion table. I'm sure you have seen someone use these on tv at some point or another. It's usually encased in a metal frame with a "board" that looks like something from a weight bench. It is usually flat with some sort of ankle clasps at the bottom. The way this works is you get on the table while it's standing in the upward position.
Strap yourself in or whatever that particular machine uses to keep you inverted - including any ankle straps or anything like that. Once you get yourself situated you will simply hold on to the handles on the side and lower yourself back. It's incredibly easy to do and I think you will really be surprised as to how light you actually feel on this thing. Once you are "inverted" on the machine you will start to feel your back stretching and joints such as your knees.
When your body's weight is suspended from the lower body gravity tends to decompress all the joints in your body. Suspending by the feet, as with gravitation boots or inversion tables, causes each joint in the body to be loaded in an equal and opposite manner to standing in a comparable position of joint conjunction. Simply follow the time limit suggested for your specific inversion table and within a few uses you really should start feeling a major difference in your body - not just your back and joints.
In fact, did you know these inversion tables can also be used to help with posture, flexibility, and blood flow as well! Pretty darn useful if you ask me! This is definitely a in home "chiropractor" of sorts without the visitation and without the bills!! Sorry dad!
