Magic: White, Shamanist Special Strengths: Celise has a larger understanding of the workings of the astal plane than most people who dwell on the mortal planes because she once lived there (see bkg). She knows a good deal about the knowledge of the gods and the locations of the knowledge, but she will not tell others unless the information is vital. The magic she uses is drawn from a high source upon the plane, making her magic stronger than average. Special Weaknesses: Near paralyzing fear of fire and spiders. Because her body is so dense, she cannot swim, and sinks like a rock in water. She occasionally... runs spells together causing a different effect entirely than what she wanted (usually enchantments only, attack/heal spells rarely). Being 3/4 dragon, her body gives of heat, so much heat that she can ignite normal bedding (and thus her fear of fire). Celise can and never will be able to cast a fire spell, and will often attempt to dispel any fire spell cast. People also tend to be frightened of her unless she hides her wings and tail. Quirks: Being part dragon, Celise tends to eat quite a bit in one sitting (but that fits in with Slayers). Because she tends to ignite bedding, Celise will sleep on the floor, or on a metallic surface (preferably gold, of course). Coming from the astral plane, and being sealed for 1000 years, Celise knows little about the 'mortal' way of doing things and such. Celise can also speak the language, but has trouble reading the common language. Spells, however, are no problem to her. Dreams and/or Goals: To do the bidding of her Lord, Ceiphied, and find Lina Inverse and help her in any way that she can. Celise has very few goals of her own, and whatever Lord Ceiphied or Lina's wish is, she will try to help accomplish it, as long as it doesn't involve her going away, or killing innocent people and the whole bit. Signature Phrase: "Wait, don't kill it!" (not very common, but very memorable, generally when she sees something she cannot detect evil from) Weapon of Preference: Celise's weapon consists of two thick, curved blades weilded to a metal pole. The weapon is used much like a boomerang, in that Celise flies into the air, throws it, at her foes, and it returns. She doesn't use it very often, since it is the only possession of her mothers she has, but when she does, it will return to her without fail due to an enchantment that was placed upon it. Physical Appearance:
Personality: Celise is very kind and friendly. She never means to harm anyone, and is saddened when people seem to be frightened of her. She does not understand a lot about the lives of humans, but she looks over it with a keen interest. Her love of nature and helping people tends to compel her to mend any damage caused by her companions as they travel. Background Information:
