Philionel El Di Saillune

Age: He is probably in his mid 40's.

Family: Phil is the first son of the king of Saillune, who vanished before Phil could be crowned proper heir. Therefore, Phil became crown prince. His first brother is Christopher Wil Brogg Saillune, and Christopher has a (deceased) son named Alfred. The second brother is Randy, who died when he tried to take over the throne.
Phil has two daughters- the younger Ameria Wil Tesla Saillune, who takes after him in his sense of devotion to absolute justice, and the elder Gracia Ul Naga Saillune, who fled home after witnessing the murder of her mother. Philionel's wife was killed by the famed assassin Booley.

Reputation: Phil is looked upon in utmost respect and admiration by virtually all residents of his kingdom. He is devoted to peace and nonviolence and does not make enemies. He loves his family and will do anything to protect it.

Skills: He does not use magic, as that is left to the priests and priestesses of Saillune, but Phil does have a wide array of physical attacks. These moves carry suspiciously oxymoronic names, and supposedly they are for defeating evil in the name of justice. Some of these attacks can even defeat certain lesser demons! They include, but are certainly not limited to, All Men Brothers Hand in Hand and the ever-popular Pacifist Crush.

Friends: Phil is looked upon with respect and a sort of disdain from Lina's point of view. Lina initially was taken off guard when she found out that Phil was a prince. He shattered her image of a fairy tale handsome prince on a white horse. The same is true for Sylphiel, who was also disappointed when she heard of Phil's position. However, Lina still offers Phil protection when he needs it, and she gets along with him just fine, as do Gourry and Zelgadiss.
