His full name is Daniel Ozbourne, but everyone calls him Oz. We first see Oz in Season 1, but he's only introduced as a more major character in late Season 2-3.

Oz and Willow start dating, and then to Oz's surprise he finds out that he becomes a Werewolf 3 nights a month, over the full moon. He tells the scooby gang and so every night before, during, and after the full moon he locks him self up in a cage.

In Season 4 Oz meets a girl called Verucca and starts to like her. It turns out that their love is more prime-evil when they wake up together after a full-moon night. Oz is disgusted at himself and his werewolf side for cheating on Willow. Verucca then tries to kill Willow as a werewolf but Oz stops her. Oz then leaves Sunnydale to find out more about himself and his werewolf side.

Later in Season 4, Oz returns to Sunnydale and shocks Willow by showing that he can control his werewolf side during Full Moon's. The only problem is that now, Willow has moved on and fallen in love with Tara. Oz accidently finds out from Tara that she and Willow love each other, loses it and turns into a werewolf. Willow decides that she loves Tara now and so Oz leaves Sunnydale again, knowing that Willow is the person that brings out is wolfside.

The only other times we see Oz are in Episodes like Restless (The one after they defeat Adam) where he's only a dream.
