Tara was a member of Willows on campus Wicca group, she was instantly drawn to Willow, however she was shy and had the tendency to stutter when she became nervous. Not much is known about Tara's past except that her family were part of male domination - telling the women of the family that they were part demon and if they didnt do as the men said then they would turn into demons. (this being untrue being proven by a Chip inflicted Spike punching Tara in the face)
Tara was the only other member in the Wicca group excluding Willow who was actually a Witch.
Tara and Willows relationship quickly grew stronger and increased with time. When Oz came back without the Lycanthropy (werewold changes) Willow was forced to make a decision between Oz or Tara. Willow chose Tara and from that point on were declared a couple. |
