Welcome to the Chro-tainment Division of Future Network Corporation
Congratulations! You have been hired to be the first of our "chrono-journalists."  You will use the latest time travel technology to go back in time to interview some of the most significant people of the last century and to bring back original artifacts from events that happened before our time.
1.You and your partners will choose a person or event from 1900-1950 that you would like to feature in a news story or television special.  Use the sites in the "Resource" section to find an interesting subject.  Remember, our audience is very selective and we don't want them to change the channel!
2.Take notes about your topic.  (These notes will be turned in to the "big boss" when you deliver your completed news story.)
3.Collect at least 4 artifacts that add authenticity to your story.  (photos, sound files, movie clips, etc.)
4.Sketch out a story board that blocks out your imovie story.  (Get it approved by the big boss before you proceed with movie production.)
5.  Once approved, you will schedule your film crew and produce your movie!
1.Title page
2.Content should be presented in a tv-format (celebrity interview, live-news reporting, quiz show, commercial, etc.)
3.Movie should include 4 artifacts... NOTE: At least one should be a primary source.  (Primary sources are first-hand, original to the source.)
4.Credits should include the names of film crew as well as a bibliography for all materials.
You will produce an imovie for national distribution which will help our audience to understand the people and events of the first part of the 20th century.  (If your piece qualifies for an Emmy, you will earn a big bonus!)
