2 horses and a mule working the threshing machine. This is the only wooden threshing machine in the country that will actually work.
Here we have the horse powered sugar cane squeezer.  This sugar syrup is then cooked down to make sorgum.

The blacksmiths are beginning the first steps in making a knife.  It takes strength and lots of patience.
