Ah yes, the glorious decade know as the 1980's. In my opinion this was the greatest decade ever, though most people seem to disagree. It was the decade of big hair, parachute pants, and great music. It was the decade when rock music ruled the airwaves, but it is also the decade were rock n' roll died. Well actually it was the early 90's, but hey that's not what matter's. Well actually, rock n' roll never died, because that's my favourite type of music. It's just that long hair and leather and ripped jeans became unpoplular. |

Yeah! Miami Vice, truly one of the greatest TV shows ever. It starred Don Johnson, and Philip Michael Thomas. It was about two Miami Cops who drove around in a Ferarri and busted criminals. It ended after only a few seasons, but they still show re-runs. And you can tell just by the fashion that it was a great show, pastel suits and boat shoe's, now that's styling. Actually I want to get a pastel suit someday, that would be awesome. |

Yep, believe it or not there actually was a time when David Hasselhoff was cool. But only during the time that he starred in Knight Rider. He played a cop who drove around in a talking Pontiac Firebird named KITT, cool stuff. But as with most T.V. series it was eventually cancelled. A sad, sad day. |

That is another "pop" band to the left. They were called "A Flock of Seagulls" They started a whole new hairstyle in the 80's, as you can see on the lead singer there. They look a little scary and creepy but they had good music. They had such hit songs as "I Ran (so far away)", and "Space Age Love Song". I like their music, not that any of you really care. |

This is "Blondie", she was a "pop" or "new wave" singer during the 80's. And wow did she ever have an amazing voice. She was like the 1980's version of Christina Aguilera, except she wasn't a complete slut! She had some pretty famous songs like "One way or another", and "Atomic". Yep, she was awesome. |

Oh, like a virgin, touched for the very first time! Sorry, but everybody knows that song, it was sung by the original Queen of pop;Madonna! She was a big hit in the 1980's and she still has millions of fans today. She's had tons of hit songs, a couple of them being, "Material World", and "Like a Virgin". And even though she did fuck a lion, she's still cool, and will always be the original queen of pop. |
