Review: There aren't too many good things I can say about Pledge Night. First of all, it takes roughly an hour before the killings actually start. Before that point, the movie plays like a drama abou the terrors of joining a frat. Second, once the killings do start, we discover that the person (or should I say 'entity') behind them is the lame-assed spirit of a hippy who was accidentally killed during a hazing ritual involving acid (the kind that melts your skin, not the drug) in the 60s. Finally, the deaths in this movie sucked, along with the special "acid Sid" make-up. While it's not ultra-boring like some of the other college slashers, it's still pretty bad--and probably not worth your time.
