Q-1: How do you deliver the eggs?
A: Right now i use LBC as my courier, You have to give me the NAMES and Complete Address of the recepient including House number, celpon# and the Landmark if there is any that's near to it, like Schools, churhes & etc for easy delivery.
Q-2: How about breakage during delivery?
A: FEW PIECES FREE ARE INCLUDED TO COVER BREAKAGE IF THERE IS ANY!
Q-3: How do we make payment?
A: Payment is thru deposit to BPI bank if you are in the Philippines with the provided Account# or by USA Postal /Western Union/Paypal money order to my USA adress provided.
Q-4: Can i incubate the eggs upon receiving it?
A: No, you have to give them a rest for at least 10 hours before incubating it, put them in a cool dry place away from direct sunlight and DO NOT REFRIGERATE THEM, you can put them under the Table or Chair with the box open and the wide top end of the eggs showing. That is to let the YOLK retract to its original shape which is FIRM AND ROUNDED coz it was shaken during travel.
Q-5: How many days to deliver the eggs?
A: I collect the eggs in 3 to 5 days, depends on how much they(hens) lay on a given days, if i ship the eggs Monday the Costumer will received it the next day or Tuesday.
Q-6: Do you marked the eggs?
A: Yes, it is pencil marked as to what breed.
Q-7: Can we pickup the eggs at LBC office?
A: Yes, but you call them before going to their office, I will give you the tracking # of the package at the time of shiping.
Q-8: Do you ship on weekends?
A: No i dont usully ship on Saturdays and Sundays coz most LBCs are closed on Sundays, So delivery on Saturday will be received on Monday and i AVOID it as much as possible. But in some BIG cities they are open all weeks, so you have to advice me if that is the case in your area.
Q-9: How many eggs do you ship each delivery?
A: I have aboxes of 6pcs, 8pcs, 12pcs, 16pcs, 20pcs, 24pcs, and 30pcs.
Q-10: Do you sell PURE OR CROSS eggs only?
A: It depends on what broodpens are laying, or its a mixture of BOTH, because i only have few broodpens, so you have to tell me your preference and i will try my best to come close to it, SAY if i gathered 35pcs in
4 days I just put all your prefered choices first on those 35pcs and put some as fillers in case it doesnt meet your exact order AND i will just incubate what
is left behind.
Q-11: Can i order just ONE breed of eggs ONLY?
A: No , but i could TRY filling up to 6pcs of each breed you like. Its more like 3 or 4 of these and that.
Q-12: How fresh are the Eggs?
A: They are 3 to 5 days fresh at the time of Shipment for best percent hatching.
Q-13: Do you Give guarranty that it will hatch?
A: I DONT GUARRANTY PERCENT HATCHABILITY COZ I HAVE NO CONTROL OVER YOUR INCUBATION BUT I DO GUARRANTY ITS FRESH!
Q-14: Do you guarranty most male chicks to hatched
A: PLEASE BE INFORMED, NOBODY CAN GUARRANTY OF HOW MAY WILL BE MALE OR FEMALE BUT PROBABILITY IS 50/50.
Q-15: do you sell chicks?
A: I incubate or hen hatch those eggs that are more than 5 days old or yung SOBRAs, and i keep them for my OWN USE but sometimes i sell few, maybe in the future i will have more.
Q-16: Do you deliver Chicks thru LBC?
A: Yes, when they are 3 to 5 months old. Days/weeks old are pickup ONLY.
Q-17: Are your chicks Vaccinated?
A: No, I dont want to DRUG them or get used to it, i just feed them properly and MOST of all keep it clean. And i haven't experienced any "PESTE" on my yard since i started, but i give them vita/antibiotics on their drinks up to about 2 months old.
Q-18: Do you accept advance payment for resevations?
A: Yes, but its first come first served basis only.
Q-19: Do you deliver outside Philippines?
A: No, but i can arrange the delivery to the nearest LBC near NAIA Airport for pickup before their intended departure when they come and visit Philippines.
