If you are a Christian, and it seems as if God just lets the worst stuff happen to you, then you are in no threat. And you are doing just fine. Because in the Bible it says that The Devil will come after those closest to God first to try to break them away from God's love, why would the Devil want someone that is far away from God and already in the Devil's power? He doesn't, and that is why he goes after the ones closest to God the hardest. And sense God knows everything about you, he isn't afraid of you falling away, and that is why he lets the Devil hurt you. So the real point is: If your life seems really good, and not much is going wrong, you had better double check with your walk with God, because you might just be one of the ones that the Devil isn't worried about. |
