| What is life, And its meaning? Is it our hobbies, Or what we're eating? Does it begin at the start, Or does it finish at the end? Is it about our family, Or is it about our friends? Is it about hot chocolate, On that every cold day? Or is it the pool we uncover, Around the last day of May? Is it the feeling we get, When a new friend enters our life? Or is it the feeling when you see, That wedding dress on your future wife? Is it the refreshing smell, Just after a long days rain? Or is it cutting yourself, And not feeling the pain? Is it the feeling you get, When a friend moves away? Or when you slip in the mud, At the beginning of the day? Is it the feeling you get, When a loved one passes away? Or is it when you don't hear, The "I love you" you need them to say? Life is very confusing and strange, And it has its ups and its downs. But you need to remember one thing, Smiles are ALWAYS better than frowns! So when you see that person, Having the bad day you had before.
