This is for all the novices on the web who have not quite gotten the hang of the net(don't laugh all you experts, you weren't born knowing this stuff!). If you have found the graphic or background you want and are ready to download it then just right click on the mouse and a box will appear. Click on the 'Save As' option in the box and then type the name under which you want to save the graphic(or you can leave the name as is) and then press save.
