party.  If you ordered the tickets, I need to talk with you, your friend
is not involved...(legally, not ethically).

Perhaps this is a problem, but i must deal in this way, and this way
only.  There are now legal matters to discuss, and can only be discussed
in a legal manor only.

September is here and I know you still have oustanding debts.  You have not refunded my money.  I have been very patient thus far ecause you made this statement on your website.  But the time has expired and it is has now been 6 months since the final cancellation announcement and 17 months since you charged my credit card.
I have recently sent you an email under a different address, about a different topic, and you replied.  So I know you receive these emails.  I am giving you one week to reply to this email.  You have two response options:  You may respond with an indication of intent to repay me along with a date when I can expect the FULL repayment.  You may respond and tell me officially that you refuse to refund my money.  For the purpose of this email it will be accepted that failing to reply to this email assumes the latter option.  Therefore, should I receive no response to this email, from you, within one week's time, this will be assumed and understood as your intent.

Now that there is a lawsuit against him, Dave finally responded to me. 
But from the nature of this email exchange, one is led to believe that he is just playing games and still has no intent of refunding my money.
