Thursday, October 19, 2003 - The Season is over
It's always a sad when the last game comes of a season, and it's always sad updating the site to tell everyone the horrible news that Season 4 is officially done. The Slam Dizunks played spectacular today but came up short the second game. In the last seconds(15 seconds) the slam dizunks were up by 1 point, it was the Slam Dizunks ball. The ball is thrown in and Kevin dives for the ball and gets it, while on the ground a travel is called, obviously the ref was a little in favor for the other team. Then Tony Resch cussed out the ref and a technical was called. It's a very sad day... but all can say is...

SLAM DIZUNKS ROCK YOUR ASS OFF.

Saturday, October 11, 2003 - It's been a long time...
Well, today marks the 5th and 6th game of the Slam Dizunks. Sadly only 2 more games remain in the 4th season. But stop the crying and onto the game rundowns! and to sum up game 5 and 6 in a picture...

Ed we are all proud to have you as our coach.

Game 3:
Slam Dizunks were killed, we did aweful but it's alright we wont deny when we suck.

Game 4:
Dizunks played Eazy Money and kicked the shit out of them(actually they didnt have enough players so we won.)

Game 5:
Played Eazy Money again, once again they didn't have enough players but kicked the living shit out of them.

Game 6:
Played South Albany, but they didn't have enough players either, but hey it goes down as another win.


The 5th and 6th game the Slam Dizunks really came together, the fans were cheering, we were all dunking and swishing the ball everytime. MVP goes to Nick Armstrong for the awesome 8 point come back.

Thursday, October 02, 2003 - This Is A Warning
This is a warning to all Slam Dizunk players. Whoever does not show up at the games Saturday will be benched the next games. And whoever does not show up for practices because they feel they need to be doing something pointless LIKE HANGING OUT WITH YOUR GIRLFRIEND(RYAN NEIGHBORS) You will simply not play. It's getting ridiculous and now it has to stop. You have been warned, we expect you all at the game Saturday. Thank you.

Sunday, September 28, 2003 - The first 2 games

Yesterday the Slam Dizunks played there first 2 games. The first game was a complete blowout, the Slam Dizunks held up in the beginning very well, at the end of the first quater The Slam Dizunks were only down by 8 or so, but after the 2nd quarter the Regis Varsity Team got ahead by A LOT of points, so yeah the Slam Dizunks lost that one, but we just gave them the game so they felt somewhat special on this planet.

The second game... all was going well, the new player Marco made his first appearence, then 3 other Slam Dizunk fans decided to try to play (Jordan Lucas, Shawn Blevins and Kevin Weisenhouse). The Slam Dizunks were in the lead at the beginning, making every shot, but after the first quarter they couldn't make crap. The score in the 4th quarter was i believe somewhere around 85 to 40, Dizunks were losing... but right when you think we wouldn't win the impossible happened. 9 minutes left, everyone was down, everyone was ready for another big LOSS for the day... then BOOM! The other team forfeits because they were to afraid to risk there players against us. Which in the books count as a win. GOOD JOB SLAM DIZUNKS!!

Today marks the first anniversary of the Slam Dizunks! That's right on this very day the Slam DIzunks were formed, the true day of ass kickin. Tis' also Nick Armstrongs birthday! GIVE THEM BOTH A HAPPY BIRTHDAY IF YOU DONT YOU'RE DEAD.

May this day be remembered by all.

Monday, September 22, 2003 - #1 in the WORLD

That's right, you read correctly. No doubt the Slam Dizunks are the best basketball team in the world, we are unstopable. Saturday was the first practice, and the Slam Dizunks went to practice but found a team playin' on our court. So we had to compromise a deal to see who get's to keep the court. These were the guys...

I know you're all thinking "what a bunch of wussies." Yeah that's right these foos were trying to take over our HOME court, so we had to do what we had to do. Nick stepped up...


Now you'd imagine they would back off now, because you seriously don't want to mess with top dawg Nick Armstrong but then it starts getting ugly...

Nick starts to get mad...


Nick then calls for a team meeting to get rid of these guys.


So the game began

At the end of the first quater, the Lakers actually had the lead by 10, but that's only because the Slam Dizunks didn't have there secret weapon in... Then they brought in....

Thursday, September 18, 2003 - Website
Well, I think it's pretty obvious that the website is now up, and it's also obvious that the Slam Dizunks are returning for there spectacular 4th season. This season will be full of butt kickin, nothing will stop us from getting the big W this year. The season is expected to start somewere near end September/mid October, the schedule will be posted on the site in the schedule section and also on the left of the website for people who are to lazy to click a link above. Anyways nothing really to say but....
