Theta Phi Chapter House Corporation
Dear Chapter Parents:
I am so pleased that your daughter is a part of our sorority. Delta Delta Delta has meant so much to me over the years and I sincerely hope your daughter's collegiate experience will be just as rewarding.
President
Lexi Casalino
I am writing to you as President of the Theta Phi House Corporation. The House Corporation is a non-profit corporation organized from collegiate and alumnae members of the Fraternity to hold title, to lease or otherwise manage real and personal property occupied and used by the collegiate chapter.  House Corporation has supervision over the maintenance of the physical facilities for the housing of the chapter. You will note our board members listed to the left on this page.
Vice President
Lisa Woolston Jones
Secretary
The House Corporation maintains the chapter house with the use of funds derived from rent and/or parlor fees your daughter pays each year. Any projects to upgrade the facility typically come from any savings that the House Corporation might have over expenses. We have tried to keep rent and parlor fees at a minimum, particularly in this economy. Our savings account unfortunately is also at a minimum.

As I'm sure your daughter has noted sometime or another, our chapter house is only air-conditioned on the second level.  Can you image in this day and age? This is why I am contacting you. We are trying to raise money for the installation of an air conditioning unit for the living room in the chapter house. We have been blessed that Larry McKown, father of Rebecca McKown (Vice President Membership), has made a donation for the installation of an air conditioning unit for the dining room and kitchen. The unit has only been installed and running for approximately one week and the difference in those two rooms is amazing!

We estimate that the air conditioning unit and installation for the living room will be approximately $2,500. A donation in the amount of $50, $100 or even $1000 will go a long way in helping us obtain this unit.
