Medium: Pencil, Photoshop, Wacom Graphire 3
Comments: This is the first piece of work I've done using a graphics tablet. Most of it was with the mouse,
but I got a Wacom today and put it to use finishing this picture. I really like this one. It's all part of my series with young people in slightly romantic situations. The idea was spawned by the White Stripes' music, but the ones here don't directly relate to any of their songs. The lines aren't straight, but you probably noticed that. I think broken and squiggling lines have alot of character sometimes. They lend a sort of youth and innocence to this one. That came about originally just because of the immense difficulty in pulling straight lines with a mouse. I'm looking forward to exploring all of the possibilites with my new tablet. Very exciting indeed.
