Yes, the Falco has a recall. Fortunately, it's not a major one.
Aprilia's letter stated that the oil delivery hose from the tank to the engine can split, causing the expected loss of control and fatal crash (my words, not theirs).
The solution is a replacement hose, looking pretty much like the original except it is shrink wrapped in rubber for extra protection. Aprilia supplies new "clic" clamps with the replacement hose.

I've since heard that the root cause for the recall was because the outer layer of hose, when shipped bulk on reel, is supposed to be discarded. This was not done. Chances are, you didn't get a piece of the outer layer of hose but you never know.
