Despite watching his side cruise to a 6-2 victory over Laos that puts Singapore on the verge of a place in the semi-finals of the Tiger Cup, coach Raddojko Avramovic was less than satisfied with his side’s performance.

A surprisingly downbeat Avramovic said it was the three points that were important for us but certain things that happened during the game that he was not happy about.

Still at this stage of the competition, he acknowledged it is the points that count but the performance against Laos failed to impress.

Avramovic said Laos tried hard &gave 100 per cent. They played well & created problems for us & he is not happy that we lost two goals. We should not have allowed that to happen & it was a question of responsibility of players with some were expecting others to do their job for them.

Still Avramovic felt the defence done well & the main problem was in front of them in midfield.

Also despite seeing his front 2 hit 4 goals, Avramovic still felt the co-operation between the attackers is not even close to how he want it to be.

Avramovic said Agu played OK,& he is trying hard to keep the ball & to co-operate with others but he must work harder & run more. Also he & Indra must try to understand each other more & learn about each other movement off the ball so as to work even better.
