Still without a coach, the Tigers though are not waiting as they looked to recruit more players from the amateur NFL having already signed from the NFL Div 1 ex-Sembawang SC defender Bah Mamadou, 25, who is already a Singapore PR but is considered a foreign player under S-League rules.

At the moment, 3 players - goalkeeper Ang Bang Heng, 23, defender Gaye Alassane, 30, & Azhar Jamil, 24 - from NFL Div 1 runner-up Tampines SC are training with the Tigers squad with the hope of impressing the selectors & winning a contract for 2005.

Apart from the 3 NFL players though, ex-Rams defender J. Kalaiselvan, 29, who had been without a club since the mid-season transfer window back in June 2004, is also training with the Tigers & hoping for the same outcome as the NFL players.
