To replace the cancelled Invitational Hanoi Cup, Double Champion Stags had arranged in place a Thai training tour with meetings against 3 Thai clubs - Krung Thai Bank, Rajvithi & Thai Telecom.

A squad strength of 22 players, minus Singapore international Noh Alam Shah, 24, who is with the National Team in Vietnam for the Tiger Cup will travel to Bangkok, Thailand from 16 December to 21 December for the training tour.
