After the long wait, Young Lions striker Agu Casmir is finally ready to take to the field again

When the Lions take on Myanmar tonight in the Tiger International Football Festival, the Nigerian-born player is finally fit enough to play again after recovering from his groin injury.

The Tiger International Football Festival is the final preparations for Singapore before the Tiger Cup open on December 7 with Indonesia taking on Laos & Vietnam taking on Singapore.

Agu Casmir is expected to be paired up front with Singapore top International striker Indra Sahdan to give the partnership the chance to work out on their understanding as up-to-date both of them have not featured in a pair in the starting line-up yet against teams.

Also this will be the first of 2 chances for fringe players to prove themselves to the National coach Raddy as injuries still plague the Lions.

Raddy said with questions marks still on the fitness of certain players the players on the fringe still have the chance to make it to the Tiger Cup squad

However at the same time he is hopefully the regulars will have sorted these injuries out before the Tiger Cup tournament starts.
