Perak coach Toni Netto is again expected to put his faith on his youngsters when they take on Geylang United of Singapore in the AFC Cup quarter-final first-leg match at the Perak Stadium in Ipoh after being hit by an injury crisis.

First team regulars like forward Seator, midfielder Silva, Nanthakumar & Liew Kit Kong, leftback Chan Wing Hoong are all doubtful for the match so lanky centreback Azlan Zainal, defenders K. Yoganathan & S. Sathikumaran & national U23 striker R. Surendran are set to be fielded again following their impressive performance in the FA Cup semi-final second-leg win over PKNS.  

They played a big role in helping Perak beat PKNS 2-0 for a 3-0 aggregate win for a place in the FA Cup final against Terengganu

Also there is 1 piece of good news though with hard-tackling Argentine midfielder Luciano Goux eligible to play in the AFC Cup as he is only suspended for domestic competitions.
